Amanda Kirby
Meet the CEO! Texas Born and Raised, Amanda Kirby grew up in a small town of less than 4,000 people. Her southern country upbringing really instilled the importance of close-knit connections and family-oriented relationships. Whether in professional or personal setting, Amanda will undoubtedly make you feel welcomed and right at home.
Her professional career began straight out of high school, where she was offered a position as a tax preparer for an independent company. Although Amanda enjoyed working with clients, she found her passion in improving the company's operations and procedures, leading her to open and manage her own office at the age of 20.
In her early 20s, Amanda took a leap of faith and left her hometown for Houston, where she began her education in Business Development while running a bustling event venue. Amanda oversaw all operations of the company, including managing staff and remote agents, revamping sales structures, planning procedures, and branding. This company immediately saw increased bookings and sales growth in less than 3 months of her employment!
Amanda found that she had a true passion for seeing businesses run smoothly and to their fullest potential! After setting the venue up for success, she set out on a mission to assist every owner conquer their business goals and started AK Assists. With years of experience as an executive assistant, project manager, and business owner, Amanda specializes in operational improvements, business development, re-branding, event planning, and travel management. She has completed up to 11 major projects in just one month, demonstrating her efficiency and understanding of the importance of deadlines. She's truly the one that gets things done!
Today, Amanda runs and assists several successful businesses from her home in Texas. When not working, she enjoys traveling the world, spending time with her two dogs Lexi and Loki, and working on home DIY projects.

Amanda Klotz
Meet the Chief Operating Officer! Amanda Klotz grew up in Alief, a diverse and proud community in Houston, TX. As a native Houstonian, Amanda is accustomed to the fast paced nature of life and primed for adapting to ever-changing situations.
She has over 14 years of experience in various professional roles, not limited to customer service, sales, bookkeeping, project management, and executive administration. This experience has allowed her extensive insight into the different levels, and key components of operating successful business’.
Amanda’s analytical nature allows her to create harmonious processes and solutions. She is a firm believer in working smarter, not harder and that details matter. " It is in the details where we truly determine if our actions are going to propel us to the next level or keep us stagnant.”- Amanda Klotz.
Her areas of focus as a project manager include process development, creative writing, design, organization, social media assistance and much more. She is strong at providing leadership and support, guiding her clients, and allocating work wisely. As a Project Manager she has worked for many clients and has completed over 43 major projects in the last two years alone!
When she isn’t working on a new project or reading a new book, Amanda loves spending time with her two children and going on walks around the beautiful state of Texas. Her positive energy and creativeness is unmatched, and she is sure to be a huge help to any company she works with.
